Intercoolers are used to reduce the intake air temperature after the turbo. The stock intercooler was designed to work effectively only at completely stock levels (about 5-6 PSI), and even then it leaves much to be desired. The location of the original intercooler causes an efficiency loss at high road speeds. The GReddy Intercooler Upgrade utilizes a much more efficient design which relocated the Intercooler to the front of the car for direct air flow. This is definitely a must have item for those that plan on increasing their boost and performance levels. The new V-SPL core by Greddy offers extremely high air flow combined with a low pressure drop.

 

 

GReddy 2-Row FMICGReddy offers a front mounted intercooler that replaces the stock intercooler with a much larger, much more efficient intercooler. This kit moves the intercooler out of the engine bay and into the air stream so that it may work at optimal levels. Please note that the front mounted intercooler is more difficult to install than the upgraded intercoolers that are installed in the stock location. Included hardware not shown.
